Join the webinar on the upcoming Baltic-Nordic EPAD auctions

As the launch of the joint Baltic-Nordic EPAD auctions approaches, Svenska kraftnät, Litgrid and SKM invite market participants to an online webinar on 15 October 2026.

The upcoming auctions will introduce a joint EPAD auction framework covering the Lithuanian bidding zone (EPAD Vilnius) and the Swedish bidding zones (SE1, SE2, SE3 and SE4). The initiative aims to strengthen hedging opportunities and further support the integration of the Baltic and Nordic forward electricity markets. This new initiative will replace the current EPAD auctions.

During the webinar, participants will receive a high-level overview of the new EPAD auction framework and key practical arrangements ahead of go-live. A detailed agenda will be published at a later date.

The webinar will also include a dedicated Q&A session, providing participants with an opportunity to put questions directly to representatives from Svenska kraftnät, Litgrid and SKM.
